Dr. Wendy Mahoney is a nonprofit executive, consultant, and leadership strategist with more than 35 years of experience in the social services sector. She has served in senior leadership roles, including Interim President and CEO of the National Network to End Domestic Violence, and as Executive Director for several statewide and national organizations focused on domestic violence and mental health.

As CEO and Owner of Divine Strategies, Dr. Mahoney provides consulting, executive coaching, and strategic guidance to organizations seeking growth, alignment, and long-term impact. Her expertise spans nonprofit management, program development, grant writing, and organizational leadership.

A respected national trainer and published author, her work focuses on children’s mental health, domestic violence, and leadership development. Dr. Mahoney holds degrees in psychology, rehabilitation counseling, and education administration, along with a Doctor of Theology, and is currently completing a doctorate in Public Policy and Administration.
